Resolve Error Connecting to Z: Drive
Error message: "An error occurred while reconnecting Z: to \\usfs1\data. Microsoft Windows Network: The local device name is already in use. This connection has not been restored."

Resolution:
- Delete the current Z: drive mapping.
- Open File Explorer on the computer.
- In the left sidebar, click This PC.
- Right-click the Z: drive mapping and click Disconnect.
- Remap the Z: drive.
- In File Explorer, right-click This PC and click Map network drive.
- In the Drive drop-down list, select Z:.
- In the Folder field, enter \\usfs1\data.
- Check the Reconnect at sign-in checkbox and then click Finish.
- Ask the user to enter his/her credentials and then click OK. (NOTE: the mapped drive authentication has a hard time with Windows Hello PINs. If the prompt is asking for a Windows Hello PIN, click More choices and choose the username and password.)
