Troubleshooting Desk Phones (US)
Common error message: "Verify your network connection."
If the phone is not registering on our network as being connected:
1. Unplug phone from the wall.
2. Reboot the computer.
3. Plug the phone back into the wall.
4. Device should now register on the network and error message should disappear.
