✅ How to Change Your Profile Picture in Microsoft Teams

(This change updates your photo across all Microsoft 365 apps)

🖥 On Desktop (Windows or Mac)

Open Microsoft Teams
1. Start the Teams app like you normally would.
Go to Your Profile
1. In the top right corner, you’ll see your current picture (or initials).
2. Click it once.

Change the Picture
1. Hover your mouse over your picture. A small camera icon will appear.
2. Click the camera icon.

Select “Upload picture” from the pop-up.

Choose a Photo
1. Browse your computer and select the image you want.

Tip: Make sure it’s a clear photo where your face is visible.

Save It
1. Once the image loads, hit “Save”. You’re all set!

🧽 Want to Remove Your Picture?

Follow the same steps above.
When you get to the photo options, select “Remove picture” instead of uploading a new one.

This one change updates your photo everywhere you use your Microsoft account—Outlook emails, Office apps, SharePoint, and more. It helps your coworkers recognize you and keeps your professional presence consistent.
