How to use the Unger IT Support Portal (Freshservice) Go to the Unger IT portal: https://it.ungerglobal.com/support/home On the top right corner, click on Login. To sign in, you can use your O365 credentials If you use your O365 credentials and you are already logged in to Office, the system will take you to the main page. Once you are logged in, you can select one of the following options: Browser Help Articles: This allows you to see the different solutions we have documented for you to solve your problem. Report an issue: This allows you to raise a support ticket and report an issue for you or a co-worker. Review Requests: Here you can view all the pending requests Hardware Requests: Here you can request a new equipment or a change to an existing one. Software Requests: Here you can request a new software license, upgrade or change to an existing one. Reporting: Here you can request new reports and changes or updates to current ones. Onboarding Requests: Exclusive for HR. You can use this option to request support for new employees. Offboarding Requests: Exclusive for HR. You can use this option to request support for users that are leaving the company.
