Hi John,
This error occurs when the scale displays a negative weight while connecting to eShip Comm. To resolve this:
- Disconnect and close eShip Comm.
- Ensure there's nothing on the scale.
- Tare the scale to zero by pressing the Enter button (center of the arrow buttons).
- Reopen eShip Comm, go to the "Scales" tab.
- Select the Mettler Toledo scale and click "Get Weight" to confirm it shows 0.0.
- Reconnect eShip Comm.
This should resolve the issue.
