Turning on the TVs and Restarting the Device:

If the TVs are off, turn them on.
If the TVs are on and the display is like the picture below, please use the room and equipment as you normally would.
If the TVs are not displayed as pictured below, locate the tablet on the table.

You'll receive a prompt indicating that the device will go offline for a few minutes.

The tablet and TVs will turn off. The camera will make noise as it recalibrates.
As soon as the TVs turn off, turn them back on.
The system will now function normally.

Screen Sharing in Teams Meetings:

To share your screen during a Teams meeting in the large conference room, use the cables provided instead of joining the meeting from your computer.
Connect to the system using one of the available connectors on the table. (Plug the HDMI cord into the adapter that fits your computer).

Screen Sharing Outside of Teams Meetings:

To share your screen when not in a Teams meeting, connect via any of the connectors and HDMI cable on the table.

Note: Do not connect via cable and share your screen while connected to a Teams meeting as it will cause a video feedback loop.
