US Virtual Machine Access from China.
To access your Virtual Machine in the US, you do not need to connect to VPN, simply go to:
https://ungerglobal.hostedrmm.com:8040/ (we recommend that you bookmark the link.) Click Login.
(Username and passwords are setup by the IT Department)
Enter your Username and Password, then click Login.
Once you are in Automate, you will see the machines you have access to, as the image below shows.
Click the Machine name to select and then click Join.
This is how you will see the connection to the Virtual Machine in the US. To get to the logon screen, please click once on the screen and enter your password.
