SAP Concur Two-Factor Authentication
Starting October 18, 2023, SAP Concur is enhancing security by introducing two-factor authentication (2FA) for users who currently log in using just their username and password. This upgrade applies to accessing concursolutions.com on the web or mobile. Users using Single Sign-On (SSO) for Concur Travel won't be affected by this change.
Here's what users need to know:
Users accessing Concur with a basic login will now need to use two-factor authentication (2FA).
To log in, users will require an authenticator app on their phone or browser extension.
After registering, users will enter a 6-digit code from their authenticator app each time they log in.
Recommended Authenticator Apps:
Twilio Authy Authenticator, Duo Mobile, Microsoft Authenticator, or Google Authenticator are suggested by Concur.
If someone prefers not to use a mobile app, they can use browser-based authenticators like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Where to Find More Information:

What's Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
2FA is a more secure way to confirm identity by using two methods (factors) like a password and a smartphone app.
It protects against various cyber threats like phishing, social engineering, and unauthorized access.
This update aims to make Concur more secure by adding an extra layer of protection when logging in.
